Ingredients:
•Core of 1 fresh pineapple
•1 cinnamon stick
•6–7 whole cloves
•Raw, unfiltered honey (enough to fully cover)

Instructions:
1.Chop the pineapple core into small pieces and place in a clean glass jar.
2.Add the cinnamon stick and cloves.
3.Pour raw honey over the ingredients until fully covered and level with the top.
4.Loosely cover (not airtight) and let it sit on your kitchen counter for 8–48 hours to naturally ferment.
5.After that, store it in the fridge — it will continue to release juice and ferment slowly.

✅ How to Use:

Take 1 tablespoon (or 1 syringe for kids) every hour as needed to:
•Soothe sore throats
•Calm coughs
•Loosen mucus in the lungs

💡 Why It Works:
•Pineapple core contains bromelain, an enzyme that reduces inflammation, thins mucus, and supports respiratory health.
•Raw honey coats the throat, soothes irritation, and has antibacterial + immune-boosting properties.
•Cinnamon is warming, antiviral, and improves circulation.
•Cloves fight germs, reduce pain, and help clear phlegm.
•Fermentation boosts enzyme activity and nutrient absorption — supporting your gut and immune system.
