The Marxist Democrats’ maniacal push to force us to buy economically & environmentally inefficient electric clown cars is finally starting to make sense to me:

The Tesla app is used as a key by drivers to unlock and start their cars.
Now, here’s the deal, a regular key can be used, but typical of those on the left, some drivers don’t carry them. These idiots assume the app is always gonna work. But also consider this, it’s not hard to imagine that the app could easily override the key if the company or someone else wanted it to.
About 500 users reported an error on the app at around 16:40 ET (21:40 GMT) on Friday, according to the outage tracking site DownDetector.
Just think how convenient it would be for our elitist authoritarians to take control one day and block our access to our own vehicles. Some cities have already done this with electricity in our homes with something called a “smart meter.”
Then consider how in the near future self-driving cars may not take you where you want to go. How easy would it be to program those cars not to drive to some areas?
Mobility is freedom. Marxist Democrat’s HATE freedom. That’s why they want you to give up your cars and depend on public transportation, and if we insist on having our own vehicles, better that they can be shut down or otherwise control remotely them than allow you to “endanger” yourself and go anyplace you might choose.
Yes, it’ll all be “for your own good.”
Eventually, these evil, control freaks will go for broke and declare federal control of all automobiles. Just look at local elections, taking control of those is already on the table. So is packing the Supreme Court. When they attempt to impose tyrannical fantasies like the Great Reset and the Green New Deal, things will get ugly.
You’re going to want your car to be under your control, not theirs.
