You know this used to be the case a long time ago. But the demonrats took all these stipulations away. They also made it easier and gave more money for EBT. What a shame. What a sham. What a waste for so many years. Paying for people to get sick and unhealthy then paying for them to get so called healthy in the health system for nothing.
