These pineapple and coconut cream gut gummies will hit the spot!

gutgummies are a staple in my weekly rotation. I use them for all different times of the day… pre-workout fuel, 2pm energy bite, bedtime snacks. You name it.

Bovine gelatin (the star ingredient) helps rebuild & strengthen the gut lining, supports digestion, reduces annoying intestinal flare ups (like heartburn, bloat, IBS, acid reflux, etc) and strengthens nails, joint & hair.

3 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 container 32 oz. pineapple ginger juice (carb) can use any flavor! we use @ lakewoodorganic
  • 1/2 cup bovine gelatin (protein)

  • 1/3-1/2 cup full fat coconut cream (fat)

STEPS:

  1. Pour 1 cup of juice into a bowl, then bloom (sift/sprinkle) 1/3-1/2 cup beef gelatin in there. Stir until all the chunks dissolve
  2. Pour the remaining juice from the 32 oz bottle (about 3 cups) into a pot on the stove over medium heat NOT boiling hot
  3. When the juice heats up after a few minutes, transfer the bloomed gelatin from the other bowl into the pot- then add the coconut cream 🥥
  4. Stir until all the clumps dissolve
  5. Pour hot liquid into a tray (option to use silicone mold)
  6. Carefully transfer the tray into the fridge & let it refrigerate for 2-4 hours (or until it’s a jello texture!)
  7. Cut into cubes! 1 batch lasts me about 5-7 days. Store in fridge. I keep them in the same tray or transfer the cut up cubes to glass container
