This Dodge Ram Truck wound up in a tree on someone’s front lawn in West Hills overnight. Reports say the suspects ditched the vehicle after the collision but came back around 5am to try and retrieve it… unsuccessfully.

The criminals have free reign in all these big cities. They have for quite a while, many decades in fact. This is just one example of people doing things that would have never been done in the 80’s or even the 90’s. Most cities were locked down a bit and this kind of shenanigan would most likely never have taken place, unless it was California of course.
