Last summer, on June 22nd, a man named Scott Smith was arrested in a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting and charged with disorderly conduct. The meeting was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after vocal opposition by parent’s to a school board policy on transgender students allowing them access to the bathrooms of their supposed sexual identity.

What people did not know is that on May 28th a boy wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he allegedly raped Scott Smith’s ninth-grade daughter. That part of the story has only come to light after the National School Boards Association reached out to the FBI for an investigation.

But the FBI wasn’t asked to investigate the alleged rape; instead they’re investigating the victim’s father, Scott Smith along with other parent’s as domestic terrorists. As ridiculous as it sounds it appears to be true. The NSBA’s request for an FBI investigation into absurd ties to domestic terrorism involving angry parents at school board meetings across the country is based on a father whose daughter was violently raped in a school bathroom.

The June 22nd scuffle was caught on tape and went viral shortly after, showing Smith being pulled from the venue in handcuffs with a bloody lip. Smith was ultimately charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Smith had gotten up and spoke about his daughter’s assault, noting that the assailant was able to access the girls’ bathroom because of the lax gender identity policies.

According to witnesses, a school board member tried to paint his claims about student safety as pure paranoia, stating “Our students do not need to be protected, and they are not in danger … Do we have assaults in our bathrooms and locker rooms regularly?”

Witnesses say that’s when a woman wearing a rainbow shirt – a local left-wing community activist – got into Smith’s face saying his daughter was lying about her sexual assault. His rage reached a boiling point and he had a heated exchange of words with the woman.

The woman, since identified as Jackie Schworm, then threatened expose Smith as a “transphobic” and that she would “ruin” his plumbing business for claiming his daughter had been sexually assaulted by the trans-student. To which Smith replied, “You’re a bitch.”

That’s when a police officer moved to separate the two by pulling on Smith’s arm, but that led to a full-on scuffle with the officer after Smith yanked his arm away. The officer apparently took this as a sign of aggression, and Smith was struck in the face and pulled to the ground before being handcuffed.

Loudoun County’s leftist progressive District Attorney, Buta Biberaj, who has close ties to the school board’s most liberal members, chose to in court and personally prosecute Smith for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

By the way, Biberaj was elected on a platform of ending “mass incarceration for misdemeanors” but apparently that only applies to gang members and Black Lives Mater rioters because she insisted on jail time for Smith despite his charges only being misdemeanors themselves.

Smith was found guilty and he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended from one year on a good behavior contingent.

But now, disturbing new details are emerging as Smith has come forward to explain what really happened, and accuse the Loudoun County school board of ignoring his daughter’s sexual assault at her school in order to cover up the truth, that sometimes males claiming to be transgender females are in all actuality violent sexual predators seeking to gain access to their victims, young girls in public bathrooms.

Smith spoke with the Daily Wire and he claims the assault, which occurred on May 28, in which a 15-year-old boy, wearing a skirt, entered a girl’s bathroom at Stone Bridge High School, where he proceeded to violently rape Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

The records are sealed due to the accused rapist’s age, but Smith’s attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster recently spoke to media and confirmed that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to the incident.

“If someone would have sat and listened for thirty seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken,” Lancaster is quoted as saying.

Speaking to The Daily Caller, Scott Smith said the juvenile court which adjudicated his daughter’s sexual assault case assured him the rapist had been confined to house arrest at his mother’s townhouse. According to Lancaster, a conviction was expected on October 14, likely in the form of a guilty plea to a lesser sexual assault charge.

But that appears to have not been the case after all, because now the young man appears to have struck again since then at another school.

Elizabeth Lancaster has stated that the same 15 year old who was charged with the sexual assault of Smith’s daughter in May has also been charged this month with the abduction and sexual assault of another student at another school. The incident occurred on October 6th at Broad Run High School in Loudoun County where he forced a girl into an empty classroom and held her against her will and grouped her.

Lancaster says the suspect is the same boy that is charged with attacking Smith’s daughter.

Remember, all this happened while everyone was awaiting the guilty plea to be filed on the charges of assaulting Smith’s daughter.

The Loudoun County Sherriff’s Office confirmed in a statement that on October 6, a 15-year-old boy was charged with sexual battery and abduction.

The assailant is now being held at Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center. His identity cannot be revealed due to the fact he is a minor.

THE DAY OF THE ATTACK

Back on May 28, Stone Bridge High School called Smith to come to the school, where they told him that his 15-year-old daughter had just been in a physical altercation in a bathroom with a male, Smith says. When he arrived, he determined that what had happened was not a case of his daughter being beaten up – it was far more serious.

The school said it was handling the incident in-house. Smith was dumbfounded.

Deputies from the sheriff’s office ultimately responded to the school – not to investigate the alleged rape of a child – Smith said, but because school administrators called them on him for making a scene about it.

Smith acknowledges he did make a scene and says any father would have done the same in the situation. “I went nuts. I called the principal a pussy,” he said. “Six cop cars showed up like a fucking SWAT team” to respond to the school’s complaint about an assertive parent, he said.

The police department declined to provide records from that day to The Daily Wire.

“Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night,” Smith said. An exam and swab, his lawyer said, later came back favorable to the prosecution’s case.

At 4:48 pm on the day of the incident, the principal sent out an email to the community that claimed nothing jeopardizing student safety had occurred, painting Smith as the villain, and offering counseling services for witnesses of Smith’s blowup:

Good evening Stone Bridge families this [sic] is Stone Bridge Principal Tim Flynn. There was an incident in the main office area today that required the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office to dispatch deputies to Stone Bridge. The incident was confined to the main office and the entrance area to the school. There was no threat to the safety of the student body. The incident was witnessed by a small number of students who were meeting with staff adjacent to the main office. Counseling services and the services of our Unified Mental Health Team are available for any student who may need to talk about today’s incident. Students might have noticed Sheriff’s Office personnel on campus and I wanted to let you know that something out of the ordinary happened at school today. The safety of our students and staff is the top priority of Loudoun County Public Schools.

Lancaster told The Daily Wire that she accompanied Smith’s daughter to meetings with prosecutors, that the suspect made self-incriminating statements in an interview, that prosecutors brought the charges, and that a conviction was expected imminently, likely in the form of a plea deal to a charge of felony aggravated sexual battery.

“LCPS washed their hands of this,” Smith said, and it was taken seriously only because of the sheriff’s office.

It’s clear the Loudoun County Public School Board wants all this to just go away but it should not. It should receive as much attention as possible. The truth needs to be told and the main stream media is hiding under their desks continuing to push the radical agenda of those forces that wish only the worst for our now fragile society and our culture.

I ask you to please share this article and any others you find on this subject. As I’ve always said, evil is powerless when the good are fearless. We’re the good guys here, and we have to make sure those who are actively advancing an evil agenda, especially on our children are crushed like the cockroaches they are!

God Bless America! And death to the new world order!
