-2 teaspoons turmeric powder
-1 teaspoon ginger powder or use fresh ginger
-Few dashes of black pepper
-1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
-1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
-1 teaspoon Gingko Biloba powder
-16oz (500 ml) of plant-based milk or raw milk.
-Plant-based sweetener like stevia/agave.

Simmer plant-based milk in a medium saucepan.
Add all the above ingredients.
Stir until well blended
Turn off the burner
Add plant-based sweetener or jaggery or molasses or Honey.

It reduces inflammation, decalcifies the pineal gland, improves cognitive function, promotes sleep and boosts immunity.
