Border Patrol in McAllen, Texas are overwhelmed by a massive influx of illegal immigrants, Fox News’ Bill Melugin reports.
We are witnessing the mass release of migrants in downtown McAllen today. Border Patrol buses and vans are pulling up every 15 minutes. Agents tell us it’ll be happening all day long. NEW: I asked the executive director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley how many COVID positive migrants they are currently housing in local hotels. She told me “I have been advised not to comment.”

Townhall reporter, Julio Rosas, who was also on the ground, added: “Can’t stress enough that I’ve never seen such a large group at one time who have as many individuals who appear/sound to be sick.”

Whatever you do though, don’t try to suggest the borders are open and illegal aliens are flooding into our country on Facebook. They’ll Fact Check you and claim you’re posting “False Information”, saying, “the Mexico border is not wide open for illegal immigration into the United States. The vast majority of encounters result in U.S. immigration officials turning people away at the border.” In other words, don’t believe you own eyes, it’s just not happening.
