Bill Maher is without a doubt one of the most obnoxious and irritating liberals on Planet Earth, however one thing Bill Maher is not is a Marxist ideologue or a progressive sheep. As progressive as he may appear at times he simply doesn’t indiscriminately gulp down the gallon jug of Kool-Aid the leftists place before him like virtually everyone else in Hollywood.

Watch him in this video, where he actually makes sense for a change and sounds almost rational on the topic of the Covid panic porn sweeping our nation, the media’s utter lack of credibility, and cluelessness of the Democrat Party.

“If you lie to people, even for a very good cause, you lose their trust.” Indeed! That’s why even the most ardent Trump hating liberals who believe the media’s cause is a good and just one should know better than to stand behind it with such blind faith.

As a former talk radio host and so called “shock jock” myself I can tell you that for a guy in Bill Maher’s profession, attention and money walk arm in arm down the Walk of Fame. He gets attention by being edgy and outrageous and now that Democrats have turned all the dials up to eleven, the only way to be edgy and outrageous is to say something sensible and pragmatic.

I just have one question; will he be canceled for speaking the truth?
