I DID NOT BLUR THE DASH/BODY CAM VIDEOS! The Seattle PD released them to me this way! They also redacted her name from the police report. In two of the body cam videos, her name was not muted out. After I had her name, then I could find her social media accounts. There, I found the truth of the what/how/why of this viral stunt.
