– We have a very strange find out of California. A horseback rider has discovered hundreds, if not thousands, of solar powered speakers in the mountains of Mount Shasta.
You can clearly hear the speakers giving off an overall “White Noise” type of sound.
Some of the speakers do seem to play what sounds like a human voice.
The speakers seem to spread over a wide area of the mountain and can be heard if you are within so many feet of them.
Who would do this?
What are they really doing?
