Last week, MSNOW anchor Jen Psaki falsely stated TWICE that I published the Ashley Biden diary.
On MS Now (“The Briefing with Jen Psaki”), she claimed:
“There’s also far-right political activist James O’Keefe… you might remember him as the leader of the group that published the stolen diary of President Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden, just days before the 2020 election.”
On The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Psaki again stated:
“…James O’Keefe, who you may remember from publishing Ashley Biden’s diary. He’s also in the press.”
These statements are factually false. I did NOT publish the diary, nor did Project Veritas. In fact, Project Veritas declined to publish it specifically because it could not verify its authenticity at the time. The publication was done instead by the outlet National File, which openly confirmed this.
Jen Psaki’s statements therefore constitute misinformation & misrepresent established facts.
Because this falsehood was broadcast nationally on two major programs, we are formally requesting an immediate public retraction & correction on MSNOW.
