Still, the State Water Board showed up anyway to take pictures of his fields. Because it’s mainly weeds due to their restrictions he says he expects a fine, “So it’s weeds, pigweed and grass and who knows what else junk. Can’t wait for my nasty letter and fine in the mail for growing weeds.”
