My footage from the 2022 Tarrant County Primary Election Public Machine Testing (I was the only one who went) confirms that the issues with “erratic time stamps and dates” reported from SmartMatic machines in the Philippines in 2011 are also present in HART machines.
I have the evidence that Dallas County, who uses ES&S, also was reprinting tapes after the legal timeline when we requested to view them. They were reprinting them after making the date reflect the legal date, but we can tell they were reprinted from the same machine based on the serial #s on the tapes – meaning they were reprinted as the original tapes would have been from separate machines with different serial #s.
This is illegal and indicative of the facilitation of fraud without detection, from the Elections Office.
