This entire situation is blamed squarely on the people in the government. This man should have never been pushed to this point by anything. He was pushed really hard by life, women, and what ever else he has went through. Life is not easy if you make it hard for yourself but when the government purposely makes things hard and pushes back hard people get desperate. Maybe he had a death wish.
