The more and more you look at this the more you see it is totally fake as hell. I used to work as a dock master as a kid. We never allowed people to dock their boats where people should not be. We made them move and never allowed such a thing from happening. This is absolute crap period. The videos show this completely. The hat throwing in the air was a sign for all the people to come and watch and help and video this “event”. Please kill me such fake and false and inflammatory wanna create civil war and division.
