The more and more you look at this the more you see it is totally fake as hell. I used to work as a dock master as a kid. We never allowed people to dock their boats where people should not be. We made them move and never allowed such a thing from happening. This is absolute crap period. The videos show this completely. The hat throwing in the air was a sign for all the people to come and watch and help and video this “event”. Please kill me such fake and false and inflammatory wanna create civil war and division. And people are really trying to push a race thing from the first mention of this so called brawl. Absolutely clown show.
