This surely takes the cake. Biden and the Delites held a signing ceremony of some sort of bill or presidential act. But the frigging paper was blank. Seriously what the heck people. They did this in the first couple weeks of his administration when he signed those shiz ton of executive actions which crippled the economy and out country.
